Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
The Yoga Room Mornington is a dedicated Ashtanga Yoga studio offering traditional yoga classes for beginners and experienced students, as was taught by Sri K Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic practice where the breath is synchronized with flowing movements, called vinyasa, linking a set sequence of postures. Some benefits of practice are: Clarity of mind, A lean, strong flexible body, A deeper connection with breath, creating inner calm.
