The Yoga Room Mornington is Mornington’s only dedicated Ashtanga Yoga studio offering a variety of yoga classes for beginners and experienced students.
Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic practice where the breath is  synchronized with flowing movements, called vinyasa, linking a set sequence of postures.  More than just a form of exercise, when practiced without force the  essence of Ashtanga unfolds and it’s benefits are many. Primarily a breathing practice, it creates a bridge between body and mind and when practiced consistently it eventually becomes a moving meditation.
